Ideal with various dishes of grilled fish, seafood and salads. Being a wine with a nice acidity, it is the ideal companion for more oriental dishes such as Thai or Japanese.
Grapes : 70% Antão Vaz, 30% Roupeiro
Mechanized overnight harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Gentle pressing preceded by cold static decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with subsequent aging on fine lees and batonnage for 6 months.
