Manual harvested in small boxes of max. 25kg. Complete destemming, maceration of the skins before fermentation. Pressing of the must
grapes at a pressure of 0.8 bar. Natural settling by static decantation for 24 hours.
Ferments In stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 17° Celsius (62°F) until the sugars are completely broken down. Matures In stainless steel tanks on fine lees, until bottling (4 months).
