Grapes : Sauvignon Blanc 100%
The grapes are manually harvested, after maturation control. After immediate soft press, the must is clarified and starts the fermentation at 16 ° C. A small percentage of the lot (10%) is fermented in new American oak barrels. Before bottling the wine is stabilized and filtered.
Store & Serve
Serve at 10-12°C. Drink up to 5 years after harvest year
