Quinta de Camarate Branco Seco, produced since 1986, was initially a blend of the Moscatel of Setúbal, Riesling and Gewurztraminer. In the 1990s these foreign grape varieties were replaced by two from the region Vinho Verde, Loureiro and Alvarinho. In 2007 the Loureiro was replaced by the Verdelho, with the aim of giving the wine more complexity. From 2009, the amount of Moscatel decreased more and more and gave aromatic space to the other two grape varieties. Currently the wine is only made from Alvarinho and Verdelho
