A delicious lemon-colored white wine with a delicate aroma of tropical fruits, vanilla and floral notes. Very good structure in the mouth, a refreshing acidity and long aftertaste.

Druiven: Encruzado, Malvasia Fina
50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in French oak barrels for 4 months.
The grapes are completely destemmed and immediately pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is cooled and decanted at low temperatures for the next 24 hours. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tank with controlled temperature of about 16 ° C and that for 3 weeks.
