Concentrated ruby red color. It presents an intensely complex nose with notes of black forest fruits and spices. In the mouth there is a first full and warm attack, full of aromas and with very present tannins melting into a beautiful and long finish

Grapes: Aragonês (30%), Alicante Bouschet (30%), Touriga Nacional (30%) & Syrah (10%)
matures in French and American oak barrels
Much of the wine production is sold; only a small selection - superior quality grapes - are used for the production of their own wines. This wine comes from very poor soils of slate and granite, with a continental Mediterranean climate, ie hot and dry days and very cold nights.
