Ciconia is the Latin name for white stork that likes to breed in the region and in this estate. The white stork is considered a symbol of good luck in Portugal

Excellent with spicy food, barbecue & sushi

Grapes: Aragonez, Syrah & Touriga Nacional

Was mechanically harvested at night. Maceration for about 8 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperatures (15 to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days.
