A great rosé wine with a beautiful salmon color. Intense red fruits, mostly very ripe cherries, gooseberries and raspberries. Nuances of strawberries, cassis and ginger. On the palate a delicate structure, silky texture, harmonious, fresh, good complexity, crunchy acids with fresh fruit and medium concentration, elegant and fresh finish
Excellent as an appetizer, delicious in the company of dishes based on fish, seafood, pizzas, pasta, grilled white meat
