Dark red ruby colour. Interesting aroma with hints of red ripe fruits, notes of chocolate and a slight touch of spices. Fruity with good density in the mouth and round tannins

Grapes : 40% Syrah, 30% Alicante Bouschet, 15% Castelão, 15% Tinta Roriz

The grape varieties were harvested separately and total destemming of the grapes was done. At a temperature controled alcoholic fermentation, a careful skin contact is performed in order to extract the aromas and colour compounds in the skins. e final batch is assembled and the wine is filtered and bottled.
