Pereira D'Oliveira (Vinhos), Lda. is the leader of the traditional Madeira wine producers, a family business for 5 generations.
Founded in 1820. Their warehouses hold a considerable stock of old and rare Madeira wines. No other company on the island can boast such a wealth of great old Madeiras. These include five monumental Verdelhos from the family's own São Martinho vineyards, vintages from 1850, 1890, 1900, 1905 and 1912.

There is a clear "house style" to these wines. They have very powerful aromas, great opulence and viscosity, incredible structure and a spicy character that is essential for great Madeira.
Although D'Oliveira owns many great and old Madeiras, it also has one of the most impressive stocks of relatively young Vintage Madeiras, and this since the 1960s. These stocks already assure us that 50 years from now, just as today, D'Oliveira will be the reference point for Vintage Madeira.
