The Fine White is a slightly sweeter blend than the Extra Dry. This is achieved by fermenting the grape must for a slightly shorter time to maintain the natural sugar content. This gives the Fine White its aromas of honey and nectar and the slightly richer amber color. It has sweet citrus characteristics and a good balance between freshness and delicacy. A delicious white portwine !
