A sweet dessert wine with a golden yellow colour, an exuberant aroma of ripe tropical fruit, floral notes, honey and almond. Deliciously sweet and intense interacting with the natural acidity resulting in a balanced flawless. The balanced acidity makes the aftertaste long and pleasant.

A dessert wine used as an accompaniment to foie-gras or any sweet and sour appetizers. Also perfect with sweet desserts, puddings and crèmes brûlées
Grapes : Fernão Pires 100%
The Fernão Pires grapes are left until overripeness in a 34-year-old plot in Charneca. After careful selection in the vineyard, they are harvested by hand and chosen again in the cellar. This is followed by careful pressing, clarification and slow fermentation controlled at a temperature of 12ºC, and interrupted when the balance between alcohol, sugarresidual and total acidity is at the right level
