Rosé Port
The wine world is a new category richer and that since 1 July 2009, a new one has been added to the existing port categories ofRuby, Tawny and White, namely rosé port
Rosé port is lighter in taste, pink in color and therefore also like a real (after) summer drink. Chilled or with a few cubes of ice cream, Rosé port tastes the best
The rosé port is made according to the traditional process that is also used for making rosé wine. After threats, the grapes are squeezed directly to avoid contact with the skin as much as possible, as this would discolor the wine too much. The pink colored fruit juice is then chilled. This gives the wine its beautiful pink color and fresh taste.
