Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz
The grapes are hand harvested, carefully selected and transported in small boxes of 18 kg, followed by a second selection upon arrival at the winery. Maceration in small granite "lagares" for 2 days at low temperature, followed by an alcoholic fermentation of about 24 hours. After fermentation, the wine is poured into stainless steel tanks where it is naturally decanted to the bottling.
