For those who want to try something completely different, try this blend of Arinto dos Açores, Verdelho and Terrantez do Pico from the Azores island of Pico's volcanic soils. A unique, complex wine with a love-it-or-hate-it aroma of chicken liver parfait and orange, in the mouth it charms with its zesty and saline character outlined by sour apple, lanolin and lime. Aromatic, vertical and even a touch sour, enjoy this unique wine with food.
