The grapes of this vinho regional come from 2 different vineyards in Alentejo, the vinification was done in the new, modern Quinta do Carmo winery in Estremoz. It is a deep red wine with the aromatic richness of the optimal harvest of 2021. The taste is full and soft, with aromas of red fruits combined with spicy notes.

With its aromatic richness the ideal companion of meat dishes or grilled fish and salads, such as a Caesar salad.
