Made mainly from grape varieties typical of the region. It is a white wine with a citrine color. In the aroma it presents notes of fresh fruit, citrine and certain minerality. Well married, with a slight aroma of barrel where it fermented in. In the mouth it appears full-bodied, with mineral notes, a very present and integrated acidity, which gives you a feeling of unusual freshness, features a long and pleasant after taste

Delicious with Italian and Asian dishes (sushi), fish dishes, seafood, salads and white meat
 
Grapes: 70% Arinto & 30% Antão Vaz
Soils of schist. Vinification: Manual harvested. Cold maceration for 8 hours. Fermentation in used French oak barrels with battonage during 6 weeks. Staging during 5 months in used French oak barrels from 300L
