A red wine with pleasant aromas of blackcurrant and black berries and some spiciness in the mouth. It is a complex and rich wine with a soft texture and soft tannins. Having benefited from oak ageing, some sweet flavours are shown during tasting. Good persistence of fruit in the aftertaste. Medium body.

Delicious with poultry, meat, smoked sausage, cheese and certain types of fish
Grapes: 100% Merlot
Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation 10.000 litres vats, with pumping over system and temperature control at 28º-30º Celsius. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days. Matured in oak barrels for 5 months
