A personal project by Filipa Pato and her husband to make a wine that expresses the full potential of the soil of Óis do Bairro. This village has been recognized since the 19th century to create its exceptional capacity of white wines.
Mineral aromas with characteristic lime aromas of the Arinto grape variety and a certain creaminess given by the Bical, elegant and full of flavor and preservation of a good acidity, a density and structure characteristic of a large white wine from the large limestone regions

Grapes: Arinto & Bical
Manual harvesting, fermentation during 8 months in vessels of 500l with temperature control below 18ºC. Batonage twice a month until February. Bottled in May
