Deep and strong nose with intense dark fruit aromas. Full bodied with ripe and soft tannins. Excellent structure and complexity, with a very long finish.
There were 3,300 bottles produced, plus 200 magnums

A delicious digestive, but can also be accompanied by rich old cheeses, dark chocolate or chocolate mousse.
Grapes:
The grapes (70% of them with stalks) were fermented during 4 days in ‘lagares’ with periodical foot treadding. Aged 21 months in stainless steel vats

Serve at cellar temperature at 12 - 15ºC.
Decant before serving. Can be kept for up to 2 days after opening.
