A bright white wine with a lemon yellow colour and greenish nuances. An aroma of tropical fruit. Soft, balanced taste, with ripe aromas of tropical fruit and a lingering freshness in the aftertaste.

Grapes: Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha & Arinto
The harvest starts at the end of August, during the night with a harvesting machine and preferably in the morning with manual harvesting. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are immediately destemmed, separated from the must and pressed. The decanting process (separation of the must from the skins) takes place for 24 hours, thus preserving all the freshness of the fruit. Fermentation is then started at a controlled temperature of 18ºC.
After a minimum period of four months, during which the wine is stabilised by physical processes in stainless steel deposits, the wine is filtered and bottled
