A clear, straw white wine with a delicious intense and exuberant citrus aroma like grapefruit and lemon, slightly smoked from the wood. Very complex. A full wine, some tropical flavors, balanced and an acidity that gives freshness.

Very suitable for accompanying fish dishes, cold cuts and lightly seasoned fried chicken
Grapes: Gouveio, Arinto & Viosinho
Fermentation between 12 and 14 °C. Aged 12 months in new French and Hungarian oak barrels.
After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, bâtonnage on fine lees for 6 months.
