The former Adega Mayor Selecao Branco line has been replaced by Branco Reserva. A clear and shiny white wine, lemon yellow in color. In the nose we have freshness and aromas of exotic fruit, such as lime and lemon in balance with notes of white fruit and a pleasant mineral sensation. In the mouth it is young and lively, the aromas of the nose are further supplemented with tropical notes of fresh pineapple that lead us to an almost sweet, fresh and persistent aftertaste. The freshness and expressiveness of this wine are perfect ingredients to accompany grilled fish, seafood, white meat and salads. The ideal companion for an afternoon of sunbathing with friends.
 
Grapes: 10% Verdelho, 37% Antão Vaz, 20% Viognier
After the manual harvest, the grapes were quickly transported to the cellar, where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The cold clarified must continues to ferment slowly for about 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14ºC / 16ºC).
